Reno purchased this 5 acre parcel back in early 2023. After being on the market for many years Reno was able to negotiate a non contingent offer that allowed the seller to move on quickly from the property and gave us some flexibility when deciding on the best use for the property. Reno purchased the property in 2018 and gained city approvals to construct 9 additional units. 6 of the units were constructed in the former auditorium of the school located on the top floor which posed some construction difficulties with the ceiling heights reaching 25ft tall and two fully occupied floors below. The 2nd phase of construction was to construct 3 units in what was the old boys and girls locker rooms. The improvements were completed in early 2020 and remains under Reno ownership and management providing residents with unmatched character and history.
