Reno sourced this non conforming lot, successfully received several variances from the city of Lowell, and sold the approved project to a local builder.

Martin St was a small non-conforming lot located in a flood plane. Reno sourced the deal off market and was able to obtain several variances and DEP permission to construct a new single family home on the site. Reno also acted as the GC for the construction of the home.
