Woodland Ridge is one of the newest Reno projects. Desinged with a sense of neighborhood, Woodland Ridge will bring 40 new single family homes to north east massachusets. Martin St was a small non-conforming lot located in a flood plane. Reno sourced the deal off market and was able to obtain several variances and DEP permission to construct a new single family home on the site. Reno also acted as the GC for the construction of the home.

Purchased as an approved project, Reno was the general contractor for the construction of Teresa way. A new private way in Nashua, Nh with 5 Single family homes. Reno also manages the HOA through our management division.
