Beaver Brook Village

Completed in early 2022, Beaver Brook Village was Reno's first project in New Hampshire. Offering large format apartments, private balconies, garage parking, and expansive outdoor space, Beaver Brook Village was fully leased up before construction was completed. The speed of the lease up provided evidence of the strong demand for suburban rentals that offer generous square footage and quite settings. With 17 residential units and 1 commercial space occupied by PelhamFit, an upscale boutique fitness space, Beaver Brook Village is now a thriving part of the Pelham Community and still owned and operated by Reno.
